About
Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique where therapists can use nearly all their bodyweight to provide extra deep pressure. Using the foot as a massage tool can also provide moderate to firm pressure more easily than traditional Swedish massage. The large surface area and soft contours of the foot make an Ashiatsu massage deeply relaxing. Tori learned Ashiatsu in 2018, after nearly a decade in massage therapy already. 👣
Tori is also gifted in Myofascial work, intuitively using the warm healing energy in her hands to settle overactive muscles, gently break through long-held tension and stiffness, and generally invite the muscles and nervous system to a more profound state of relaxation. Is it an ancient, mystical gift? Is it a futuristic, alien surgical technology? Whatever it is, it can be immensely helpful for the mind, body and soul. ✨
